The Summer School in Social Complexity Sciences emerges as the evolution of the 2019–2020 research camps. Today it is an intensive learning space that expands the methodological tools of students and researchers. Since 2023, it has been open to participants from other postgraduate programs and external institutions, consolidating itself as an interdisciplinary meeting point and a link with the community.

Participation Modalities and Costs

100% Scholarship

  • Eligible: Students enrolled in postgraduate programs
  • Includes: Tuition for all courses, Coffee breaks, and lunches
  • One-time administrative fee: $15,000 CLP
  • Payment timing: Payment is made once scholarship results are delivered and acceptance of the spot is confirmed.

Discounted Fee

  • Eligible: Professionals and researchers without current enrollment
  • Structure: Fee: $550,000 CLP + Administrative fee: $15,000 CLP
  • Special discount: 45% when enrolling before December 10, 2025 (administrative fee waiver). The enrollment process will open on November 24.

DCCS Students

Free access to all courses without administrative fee.

Scholarship Application Process

Official Opening: November 6, 2025. Those pre-registered in EV26 and enrolled in postgraduate programs (national or international) can apply.

Mandatory Requirements:

  1. Commitment letter (downloaded when completing the form)
  2. Certificate of current regular student status in the postgraduate program

Application Schedule:

  • First Stage: Nov 6, 2025 – Nov 21, 2025 (Results: Nov 24). Exclusive for pre-registered applicants.
  • Second Stage: Nov 25, 2025 – Dec 18, 2025 (Results: Dec 22). Late applicants and pre-registered applicants who did not apply before.
