He is a researcher at the Center for Research in Social Complexity at Universidad del Desarrollo. His research areas are behavioral sciences, particularly the social influence on decision-making. His doctoral dissertation currently focuses on leadership, social norms, and antisocial behavior.

Alejandra Molina

PhD Student

My research focuses on compliance with norms regarding common-pool resources in contexts of scarcity, using tools from experimental social sciences and behavioral economics theories. In my dissertation, I analyze how need, social interaction, information, and enforcement influence people’s decisions and behaviors.
